Parking can be a little wack, especially on the weekend. The class is held everyday at 11am with the beautiful views of the beach adjacent to the park. Teachers are awesome, all have different styles of teaching, which I like. I'd do my two-six miles on the beach, then end up on the bluff for 11am yoga. They also have indoor classes at their studio which is donation based. It's on the bluff overlooking the beach.
This is one of the coolest community offerings in Long Beach. I don't really consider this a con and regardless they are providing an awesome service. It's free, the instructors are amazing, and you get an amazing view by the ocean. Here, I am already at peace with the fabulous views and ocean breeze. Greatly appreciated the view and being able to adopt poses to my ability. What could be better than free yoga with an ocean view? Yes there is street noise along Ocean which is a busy street and it can be hard to hear sometimes, but the instructors move around, bring microphones, and find ways around this.
