We were greeted and the Chef walked us through the menus of the day. Love the theme and vibe. Amyl nitrite is the most well known of a group of chemicals called alkyl nitrites, usually referred to as poppers. After looking over the menu a little high, but acceptable considering it was organic and we were still in a touristy district and the waitress answering our questions about the food, I decided to order the Fish Reuben and a side of kale salad, along with one of their organic beers. I have to say, both of the meals were amazing! I like that they serve soup samples and condiments in stainless steel sample sizes instead of plastic. Poppers are not addictive and not poisonous if inhaled, but can cause coma or death if swallowed. Value and that's what my rating reflects : Overrated, and yes I've experienced better.
I'm not sure if she had an ownership stake in the restaurant or what, but this waitress seemed to know everything about the restaurant and the organic food in general. The grilled eggplant sandwich also was awesome! Amyl nitrate is used as an additive in diesel fuel to accelerate the ignition of the fuel. It's a split between an organic grocery store and a fun cafe. But it's not so much the food, but the jolly banter from all the employees, and the thoughtfully composed interior aesthetic that made it a truly memorable dining experience!! After 30+ years of managing various customer services entities I am an advocate for 'the customer first'! The sandwich came with a side salad too. In their reviews, Zomato users assign Jungle Juice a rating of 4. I ordered the grass fed burger.
They also had a fun beer and wine list also all organic! There's some questionable health talk around juices and smoothies. Apparently there are other things on the menu but I haven't felt the need to look that far. The homely atmosphere of this place allows guests to relax after a hard working day.
Positive note: Tastes are alright. Burger was very good and with cheddar perfectly cooked and seasoned. If you are looking for somewhere to grab a bite before or after heading to the beach on the Space Coast, I highly recommend checking this place out. They have a nice variety of things, from coffee, to snack foods, fresh vegetables in coolers, frozen prepared soups and entrees. Since I only eat grass fed beef and it's hard to find on the road I got the burger but with no bun and side of marinated beets. As a bagel lover they give them all the respect that they deserve and fill them with quality ingredients and great combinations.
The Fish Rueben and Tacos are both wonderful and you cannot make a mistake starting off with any of the soups which they'll bring you samples of before you order - deciding which one is a real challenge!! I take out of Towners and locals here whenever I can or chill with a Vietnamese coffee on the tiny outdoor tables and watch the world go by. Everything about Jungle Juice is awesome. Unleash your inner hipster and come try it out. And the chicken burger, which was incredibly unique and awesome. Definitely stop by the grocery store.
The liquid can burn the skin on contact and they are extremely flammable. This place is definitely worth a visit. Menu including prices for Jungle Juice may have changed since the last time the website was updated. I thank the owner for addressing my issue with professionalism and trusting me as a first time customer!! However, this will include inhalants such as petrol, paint thinners and aerosols. Is everything in this area at such a premium? Overall, we were pleased and left satisfied. Came back the next day for lunch and once again everything was great.
It may be the landlords demanding ever increasing rents, or the café owners are getting greedy. You absolutely must be over the age of 18 to use this website. If I lived in Melbourne, I would come here everyday! I will return and try the crepes but without the crepe because they look that good with the melty cheese and salads and soups and chicken. Prices are a bit steep, but expected since they are serving organic. We don't need its content. And the desserts from the fridge section are awesome.
We picked up a few things that we had not seen before such as a vegan protein cookie, and a nut based meat substitute. And I don't care that it's supposedly organic. The grilled eggplant sandwich also was awesome! The National Drug Strategy Household Survey found , in Australia had used an inhalant in 2013. The restaurant is actually attached to an organic market that is pretty much a cross of Whole Foods and a beach shop. Here you may order great fresh juices, vietnamese coffee or iced coffee.
