It was gloriously ready in about 6 hours but would not have suffered by more cook time. I also used three cans of green chilies and one serrano pepper seeded. The chili was much thicker and I preferred that. In hind sight I should have reduced it even more. My first crack at white chicken chili, I always had this thought….
